We’re excited to announce The Power Play Experience, a day designed specifically for women in our community to step away from the to-do list and onto the pickleball court. This for the woman who is always "on," finding the time to prioritize herself can feel like just another chore on the list.
Hosted by Annie Deckert (All Day Coach) and Carrie Cotch (Carrie Jo Coaching), this day is designed specifically for busy professional women who are ready to stop running on fumes - instead of networking, think of it as connecting with others, centered around mindset, movement, and fueling your body the right way.
This is a day for you to finally take a breath and recharge. Annie and Carrie created this experience because they get it—balancing a big career with a personal life is exhausting, and sometimes you just need a break.
Whether you’re a pickleball pro or have never even touched a paddle, you’re welcome here! We’re keeping things simple and fun:
A Mental Reset: Shake off the "survival mode" and clear the brain fog through a little friendly play (includes professional pickleball coaching)
Real Food for Real Energy: No "quick-fix" gimmicks. We’ll talk about how to fuel your busy life so you feel great and find your natural rhythm without the stress.
Move for Fun, Not a Chore: Think of pickleball as exercise that doesn't actually feel like a workout. It’s low-pressure, high-laugh.
Good Company: Skip the "networking" and just talk—about the juggle of work, home, and everything in between.
Our friends at Forum and McGarry’s Pub are whipping up a custom menu to show that healthy eating can actually taste amazing (and you’ll learn a bit about macronutrients too;:).
How do you know if this is for you?
If you’re always taking care of everyone else but feel like you’ve lost your own "spark," then yes. If you’re tired of fitness fads and just want a way to feel stronger and more vibrant that actually fits your schedule, we’d love to have you.
We’re keeping the group small so we can all actually connect. Click here to save your spot!
